Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the AACM learning platform, including the website at aacm.convoia.academy and the AACM mobile application (together, the "Service"), operated by Convoia Academy ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Course access

Paid courses grant one year of access from the date of purchase or renewal. Access includes the modules and lessons available for that course at the time of purchase, subject to any drip or sequential unlock rules configured by the academy.

3. In-app purchases and subscriptions

Purchases made in the iOS or Android app are processed by Apple or Google Play, not by Convoia Academy directly. Prices shown in the app are localized by the store.

One-year access is a non-renewing purchase for twelve months of course access. It does not auto-renew.

Yearly subscription is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation. The subscription renews for another year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your device's subscription settings (iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions).

If a purchase does not unlock immediately, use Restore Purchases in the app. Store refunds are handled under Apple or Google's refund policies.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may not share, resell, or publicly redistribute course materials without permission, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual property

Course content, branding, and software remain the property of AACM, Convoia Academy, or their licensors. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for the purchased period.

The Service is provided "as is." Educational content does not replace professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
