This Privacy Policy explains how Convoia Academy ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the AACM website and mobile app (the "Service").

2. Information we collect

Account information: name, email address, and authentication details needed to create and secure your account.

Learning activity: course enrollments, lesson progress, quiz results, certificates, and similar usage data.

Purchase records: for in-app purchases we receive purchase tokens, product identifiers, and verification results from Apple or Google. We do not receive your full payment card number from the app stores.

Device and technical data: app version, device type, and diagnostic information needed to operate and improve the Service.

3. How we use information

We use your information to provide course access, process and restore purchases, personalize learning progress, send transactional messages, improve the Service, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We share data with service providers that help us run the Service (for example hosting, authentication, analytics, and email). App Store and Google Play process payments under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention

We retain account and purchase records for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide access, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements.

6. Your choices

You may update profile details in the app or request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can manage subscription billing in your Apple or Google account settings.

7. Children

The Service is intended for adult learners and professional education. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
